Warranties
	We guarantee the reliability of our products. For marginal defects, which can shortly be corrected, we reserve our right of remedy of these defects. Moreover, we vouch for our products: for one year, starting from the invoice date, we take care to meet your warranty claim and provide you diligent support.
	Defects
	Evident defects must be immediately reported to us, at the latest within 14 days after delivery. We will correct the defects or send you a replacement. Please keep the goods ready for disposal for us. In case that the correction of defects or the replacement fails, you have the explicite right to cancel the purchase or to demand the mitigation of the payment.
	Right of return
	You have a general right of return for 14 days. We assume your understanding that this arrangement is not valid for "made to order" goods. Goods must be unused, without any marks of usage, and must be returned in their original packing. Moreover, by law you have a right of withdrawal, which enables you to cancel the order within 2 weeks after receiving the first shipment. The costs for sending back goods are for our account, if the order value exceeds 40 EUR.
	Prices
	Applicable are always the prices shown at the werkoderko.de web site. We cannot accept any responsibility or liability for errors in the pricing. For shipments within Germany, the assigned prices include the currently valid VAT rate.
	Shipments abroad
	For shipments into countries of the European Union (EU) the currently valid VAT rate of Germany is used. At shipments into foreign countries being not a member of the EU, we decrease the prices by the contained german VAT part. Nevertheless, you will have to pay the according import tax of your country. We cannot provide any information about customs rates. You will receive a declaration of origin from us, printed on the invoice. Payments from foreign banks will be credited by us after subtracting a handling fee of 5.11 EUR. We must charge you this fee, if you transfer the money not from a German bank. Orders from foreign countries will only be handled by prepayment. Please wait for our advance invoice, which you will receive from us by e-mail.
	Shipping costs
	For every order we charge a shipping costs part of 5 EUR. If we have to send you the ordered goods by more than one shipment due to technical reasons, we will charge the shipping costs part only once. For shippings into foreign countries within europe, we will charge the actual shipping costs (for this, also see the country list in the ordering form of our online shop).
	Payment
	You can pay: 1. by bank collection (direct debit); you give us the permission to collect the invoice sum from your bank account. This permission is also valid for future invoices, but can be canceled at any time. 2. by invoice; in this case, please pay within 14 days. 3. To new customers, we normally deliver orders of worth more than EUR 100,00 only by cash on delivery or cash in advance. We reserve our right, to also demand cash in advance in other cases. 4. Service packages must be paid at order acceptance. The property in the goods will not pass to the buyer until the buyer has completely paid the goods.
	Delivery
	We deliver by the fastest way by mail - normally, if the goods are in stock, within a few days. Our goods are produced in small lots. If an article of a specific size is no more in stock, we have to accumulate orders, until another lot can be manufactured again. At this, delivery time may be delayed up to 12 weeks. Are specific articles in stock, while others, for example, have not been produced so far, we can deliver an order also by partial shipment.
	Miscellaneous
	Our offer is without engagement and only valid within Germany. Our products are manufactured in small amounts by small companies. Therefore, and because of the usage of natural materials you may recognize variations compared to the images and specifications. Due to technical reasons the original goods may differ from that displayed on the web site. For handling your order, we store your address and order-related data. We commit ourselves to protect your personal data according to the regulations of the German law of data protection. Moreover, we affirm that we will not provide your address data to any third party. The signatory is Munichsport GmbH. All delivery agreements are subject to German law, also those which deal with foreign countries, i.e. orders from and/or delivery into foreign countries. The jurisdiction is Amtsgericht München (Munich, Germany) as far as both contracting parties are merchants who have been entered as such in the commercial register.
